The best thing you will ever do for your feet.
I do a lot of barefoot running and I've been using those crap spacer things you buy at the drugstore (for when you're painting your toes) to help stretch out my feet and calves post-run. Years ago, I suffered from horrible plantar fasciitis and a heel spur, which started to go away when I gave up running shoes for bare feet. Never going back. The toe spacers I'd been using were crap... they were flimsy and didn't stay on your toes very well. I was looking for something of better quality and something I could wear either in the tub or while sleeping (or at least while settling down to sleep, I make sure to take them off before I nod off). These are a GODSEND! They are soft, like very firm Jell-o, but they hold their shape. If you're not used to having your toes spaced at all, they'll take some getting used to. I could see how maybe the little toe might be a problem at first, but if you build up your tolerance gradually, it's no big deal. It's amazing how much stress we carry in our feet and calves. These can help relieve tension at the end of a long day. I especially like wearing them in the tube. They are soft enough that you can flex your feet, ankles, calves... and stretch and contract all your toes (foot equivalent of jazz hands and then making a fist) while they stay comfortably in place.Easy to clean and very durable. They are a lovely blue sparkley gel, not the matte foam that I was expecting. Why would you spend three or four times as much on a better-known brand? These are great and you can't beat the price.Your feet will thank you!

I thought I'd never find these!
My grocery store stopped selling these in their pharmacy department. I'm thrilled I found them on Amazon. My first pair lasted almost a year, which, for eight bucks, isn't bad. I've included a picture to provide an estimation of just how far these will "stretch" your toes.- The fit: These are a tad big, but they make them for one size fits all. They still work, and I'd rather have them too big than too small, or they wouldn't stretch out your toes.- The staying power: They are a rubbery material, so they stay on my feet until I carefully pull them off. The rubber will dry over time, so you don't want to be too rough with them, or they could rip.- The comfort: amazing. My feet feel better when I use these.- The aesthetics: They are a pretty light blue with glitter in them. Yes, glitter. No, I have not yet grown out of my glitter phase. (No, the glitter does not rub off, its inside the gel.)- Lastly, I recommend washing them in hot soapy water every week or so. I don't recommend rubbing alcohol, because again, they will dry out and crack.I know there are more expensive brands, but I can't imagine paying thirty bucks for two pieces of rubber... O_oAny hoo. These work perfectly, and I'm glad I found them again. Happy stretching!

Product isn’t the same
When I first purchased these from target they had stretches you could do with the flex tastic on your feet. Also I felt more of a stretch in my toes last time as well. The stretch is there just not as noticeable

Happy Toes - Happy Feet - Good for a neuropathy!
I already purchased this locally and then couldn't find it again. This item is exactly the quality I was looking for. As we age, we don't think about stretching our toes to keep them flexible which is completely necessary. I read complaints that the holes are too large, but don't pay attention to that. It is suppose to be this way and they are so comfortable you won't know that they are on. Always purchase this in a gel or it will hurt; this product is a gel. Now if you have a neuropathy or have had a tarsal tunnel release you would definitely want to use these. Nerves need room to regenerate and stretching the toes help that to be done. Also nerves can be very painful when they touch each other during the healing process, so stretching the toes apart is essential to the healing process. It will give your toes a good stretch, it will ease pain, and after using it your toes will have a nice separation instead of being squished together painfully. Sometimes they say only use for 5 minutes, but I use mine for a few hours. Absolutely do not walk with them on. This is meant for use while watching television or perhaps a short nap.

Attempted, but ended up being a waste of money
This is way cheaper than the yoga toes, so I thought I would give it a try. I read mixed reviews but I figured, hey for $8 why not? Unfortunately in the end, I felt it was a waste of money. I tried using them everyday for about a week or two, but found them uncomfortable to walk around or do anything in so I ended up just sleeping with them on. Since these are "one size fits all" they were HUGE on my toes. Nothing like the diagram on the box. I had read this complaint in comments previous to purchase, but I thought "well I have big-ish feet (size 8 womens) so even if their big it can't be that much of a difference". Well it is, so trying to sleep with them on was unsuccessful because they would slip off over night.I could only stand them on my feet for 5-10 minutes at a time during the day so I stopped using them... after I threw away the packaging so no luck with a return.Gave them a 2 out of 5 stars because while I WAS using them I like to think I noticed a small difference. Problem was it was painful to wear them and the pain eventually won.If you try them out, hopefully you have better luck than I. In the end, I wished I would have listened to the reviews I had read and passed on this product.
