Great Headphones
These headphones sound great. The noise cancellation is very good. I use them for web meetings, on my computer and also for phone calls, when I connect them to my cell phone. They are great for watching YouTube videos, as well. I like the way that moving the mic up and down will mute and unmute it, quickly and voice feedback will tell you when it's muted or unmuted (as you know, this is very important, for web meetings).

Great quality, no connection problems with Bluetooth
Unlike other reviews I've read, I've had no problems connecting with Bluetooth. Be wary though, you have to actually turn the headphone ON before you pair with them, and when you turn them off they disconnect. You don't have to pair with them a second time though when you turn them on next time. Didn't need to use the provided dongle, but I own lots of wireless keyboards and mice from logitech that use the unifying dongle and they all work fine. Sound quality is great, even for listening to music. Mic noise cancelling is really good. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last that long, not as long as quoted for some reason. I bought a Qi fast charger pad for $11 and I rest it on that whenever I'm not using it. That keeps it charged and I don't have to mess around with a charging cable. It has a special way of folding up to put on a charging pad which is nicely designed. They are comfortable for up to two hours; that's the max I've worn them. But be aware, all of these types of wireless headsets are heavier than normal headsets. it could be uncomfortable wearing them 8 hours a day in a call center - I just don't know. The last thing is the duel device pairing; I didn't need that so I've only tried to do it once but it didn't work for me. I've read that duel pairing on even the most expensive brands doesn't work though. Perhaps it's just one feature too far at the moment?

Worth the money
Sound is great, noise canceling is great, and eliminates background noise! Great product!!

$50 performance at a $200 price point
Using the headset with the dongle it struggled to maintain a connection with direct line of sight 10 feet away, and even cut out occasionally at 2 feet away. Using my laptop's (notoriously poor) built in bluetooth antenna I was able to use the headset out to ~30 feet even through walls, but that's the max range supported by my laptop antenna's power class so the headset itself might properly support longer ranges. Unfortunately, the mac application is terrible and the dongle won't work without it, but if you connect the headset with bluetooth directly the headset buttons don't work. The ANC is basically worthless if you're listening to music - it does an ok job cancelling out background "white noise" but doesn't help at all for other sounds such as people talking. Comfort wise they were decent, I'm more sensitive than most when it comes to headsets and am able to wear them continuously for 6-8 hours without issue. Customer support was also decent, they responded quickly and did the best they could, though they didn't have replacement dongles in stock and weren't able to confirm or deny that my issues were related to a defective dongle, so I was forced to return the headset.

The best I have found
Super comfortable (like pillows on your ears). Sounds fantastic. Switches automatically between phone and computer. Mic sounds great and the feature to swing it up to mute is very clever and useful. If you often video call on computer and talk on phone and listen to music then these are well worth the investment. Before these I spent all day tangled with a cord, sounding poorly to clients and feeling pinched at the ears.

Works....
Works as described, but still have customers telling me I sound robotic. Very comfortable, battery is amazing. Overall is good, not great.

So disappointed
So disappointed! The noise canceling feature did not work I remember playing some music in the background and the person that I was on the phone with start saying the song I said can you hear that song they say apps they name the artist and continue singing So I press the active noise canceling button and they could still hear the song and get right on singing wow. So I went back and read the directions because I just knew I was doing something wrong because I have the wired version of this headset and they work perfect. But for some reason this has zero noise canceling When I read them manual it seems that it works the opposite way and it cancels out the noise of the caller and not me I return them because they cost too much not to do the job. I will say the workmanship is excellent high quality that headphones were beautiful and nicely made The best out there I just needed the noise canceling feature and that did not work

THIS IS NOT THE ZONE WIRELESS PLUS
BEWARE OF THIS PARTICULAR LISTING: At least 2 of the pictures in this product listing are of the Zone Wireless Plus, and one of the pictures shows the multi-device Unifying capability of the Plus which this model DOES NOT HAVE. The title does not indicate that this is the Plus, but the pictures are VERY misleading, so make sure you know what you're buying. For the product itself... I think the sound quality of this unit is above average, and noise cancelation is adequate so far. The side audio feature is something that I'm going to try getting used to, as I really can't stand the muffled and "trapped in your head" feeling of a closed headset/earbuds while participating on calls. My old Logitech H800, which I LOVED for its over 10 years of life, never had this issue. It was a very open-feeling on-ear design. The Zone Wireless, while also on-ear, achieves a much tighter seal on your ears. It's better in that regard than the H800 for music and podcasts, but for me the jury is still out for calls, for which this headset is primarily going to be used in my case. Piping outside sound into the earcups via "side audio" will certainly help, but as with any other "transparency mode", it's just not the same as hearing your own voice naturally while speaking. I really didn't want to get a one-ear, call center headset just to avoid that muffled sound of my own voice, but I need to spend more time on calls to see if I'll love this headset as much as I did the old H800.

A Must for In Office
A nice quality headset. Not cheap quality and can fold up when not using. I couldn’t get it to work on my Logitech MX USB Key that my Logitech keyboard and Mouse use. Not sure why. Had to use the usb key that is supplied and a second port on the PC. Not what I wanted but it’s okay. Don’t press the On button too long else it goes into pairing. The other great feature is that this is compatible with MS Teams and you can hear your voice come through. I returned others for that reason. When turned on it connects immediately to both mobile and PC. I swore I would never use this kind of headset over both ears but these days In Office you need concentration and the noise cancelling feature is a must. If someone has joined the call beside you, there is no feedback eco which always bothered me. I recommend and can see Logitech only improving.

Uncomfortable
Having used the Logitech H800 headset for 8+ hours a day the Logitech Zone Wireless for Open Office Bluetooth Headset is the most uncomfortable headset. I do not recommend rather stick to the H800.
