I looked a long time for this computer and when I got it and used it for several hours I prematurely wrote a review.Less than a month old, it started with flashing pin points of light, then tiling applications one after another. Paid a tech to reset. Worked for a few hours, then started with the flashing and tirling again.Called Amazon customer service, was told no problem. You will get a full refund. I received confirmation of that full refund. This was despite the fact that I told them that it said the warranty ran out after 30 days. But still i was assured of the full refund.Today received notice that there was a restocking fee of $499! WHAT!So I called Amazon and the first person could not do anything and turned me over to someone higher up. I explained the situation and perhaps being a Premier member for so many years had some influence. After being on hold for quite awhile she said that the company would not reimburse the "stocking fee". BUT she said, she went ahead and used other purchases on my Amazon card to reimburse me for the $499 all coming in four separate refunds. WOW. Once again, I am SO grateful to Amazon customer service for doing the right thing.It pays to be persistent in my case, and it pays to be consistent in theirs.But do beware. Hopefully my first 5 star review did not end up convincing someone to buy this laptop. Now there may be good ones, but in my case, no. And also be awarer that if you do return this laptop for malfunctioning (beyond the return date specified), you will be charged a restocking fee of $499.

This is by far one of the most sleek and lovely laptop i have ever owned! i recently received it so my opinion is based on the unboxing experience. the keyboard feels amazing the size is just perfect for me as i am a busy person and always on the go. if my opinion hasnt changed then i will not need to update this review.Also the service by the company was splendid as it was shipped right away and delivered in one piece.
