I have had this faucet for over a year and it is as beautiful and functional as the day it was installed. The drive to buy this was not wanting to put a whole in the granite countertop of our rental. We needed an under sink water filter. I was so surprised to find that this existed and in the lovely nickel finish! My sink is in the island and central to our entire kitchen/livingroom combo so I wanted it to be pretty. This fit the bill 100% Installation was very simple. We had it installed in under an hour. The small faucet delivers water fast. The large faucet does, too! Never an issue. The quality is strong and sturdy. It has not become wiggly over the past year at all. This has been a value for the dollar so many times over! I would buy another one if I had to and I know that people have seen mine and bought their own. Nobody has regretted buying one!

This is a great faucet for those that do not want to drill another hole into a granite countertop to install a secondary source of water (like from a Reverse Osmosis unit). Trust me, most plumbers do not drill into granite. You have to hire a granite countertop guy or do it yourself before installing a reverse osmosis water faucet. I was hesitant to order an unfamiliar Chinese brand but gave it a try since it avoided me hiring out and drilling another hole into about 1.5 inches of granite. The faucet quality was high for the $109 price. Had a heavy feel and the only obvious plastic was the flat part of the sprayer head (which you don't see unless you turn the sprayer head up). The unique thing is this allows you to run Reverse Osmosis water through the secondary faucet. Regular unfiltered or softened water goes through the main faucet. I'm fairly handy but I paid a plumber to install this faucet along with an R.O. system. Unless you are super handy with plumbing you might consider hiring out if you are installing an R.O. system at the same time. The faucet comes with lots of parts for various diameter feed tubes The plumber said he had to install it a bit differently than normal. It was all good as I have a good stream of R.O. water and the regular softened water has a great stream too. The instructions included in the box are pretty minimal so it can be daunting to a novice. The main faucet provides a normal stream as well as a spray stream. There is also a temporary shut off button on the faucet head. The sprayer head disconnects easily from the mount for hand spraying and both faucet arms rotate a full 360 degrees. The R.O. faucet works off a knurled knob and works with solid precision. Finally if your granite top only has one hole: you can install it without the flat cover plate (designed to cover three countertop holes). I didn't measure the exact diameter of the fitting into the granite (about 1.5") it did barely fit though. The plumber said our granite had a standard size drilled hole though. Bottomline: Appears to be a solid faucet that should give you at least 10 years of trouble-free service. UPDATE After 1 month. I upgraded from 4 stars to 5 stars. In reality probably 4 1/2 stars. Everything has worked well after the install. The stream quality is great. The company needs to get better instructions made. So far I'm super happy with it.

The Problem: I grew accustomed to having a drinking water dispenser in my kitchen when I had a 4-hole sink. I moved to a new place that had a sunken sink below stone countertops with only a single hole cut. It’s a rental, so I can’t cut a hole through the counter for my old dispenser. I initially thought I was going to have to switch to either filtering all of my sink water (a waste), or get a standalone bottle dispenser (a hassle to refill). The solution: This. This right here. I stumbled on this by peer happenstance, I never thought such a faucet existed, but I’m glad it does. Having “sink” water and filtered water on the same faucet is amazing, plus the thing looks fantastic against a white countertop. Installation was a breeze, once I managed to get the old faucet (untouched since 1989) loose and removed. Installing the faucet itself took no more than 10 minutes, and I had no issues. I personally put the weight further back than indicated in the manual, as I prefer having more length to pull out (doing this will cause there to be a lot less “pull” when it retracts). Everything has been in for over a month now, and I haven’t had any issues. The spray is perfect for dishes, and everything swivels 360° around the base, making it easy to move the filtered arm out of the way.

EDIT: After this review I was contacted by the support and they sent me new faucet. The faucet is good in quality and works great. Hence I changed my rating. I think the support team should do better but nevertheless they fixed the issue. —-OLD REVIEW—- Be aware! Their support is absolutely useless if you receive a faulty product. I recently purchased this mistake of my life faucet from Amazon. From the look of it the product looked nice and came in good packaging. We had this installed and after someone time it started leaking. After taking a good look, the main pipe that goes to the faucet came right out and started huge water spilling. After spending money for purchase and plumbing we got disappointment. However this can happen and there is a reason product have support. We contacted Paking team, which they say 24/7 support took 2 days for the response. Upon which we have advised to fix the problem ourselves by “twisting” the pipe in the faucet. I politely requested them to send me a new faucet and as I do not trust that me twisting pipe will fix the problem. If it starts leaking again I would have to spend fortune of water damage. I have been advices to fix the problem by twisting the pipe because as per Paking support team, it’s not worth sending new item for such a small issue. Now would you trust a leaking faucet which can cause potential damage to your property for someone’s advice of twisting pipe and get it running? I have decided to rerun this as soon as the new faucet I have ordered will come. I have bought new through my plumber who takes full responsibility of it. I know there is a possibility of leaking but at least I know a person and company to get it fixed on their expense.

This faucet basically upgraded my old basic split stainless steel kitchen sink to (almost) chef kitchen looking. One appliance at a time! Became an eye catching centerpiece, where there once was a barely functional ugly one. It went in easy enough, although there is no way to make this job completely effortless, without replacing the entire sink I guess. I’m working up to that. Maybe plumbers have the secret way. The worst part is cramming your torso and arms into the cabinet under the sink, reaching the back around the pipes, etc. having a decent variety of tools, vice grips, and a flashlight with a stand helps. Ultimately it’s about getting your hands up in there. It’s worth it. Comes with a nice variety of fittings to adapt to your filtered water system and extra filter washers to replace if the flow diminishes. It’s great having this part integrated, allowed me to replace the ugly stock little separate faucet for filtered water with a matching soap dispenser. Functionally this faucet is excellent. No leaks! Spring/weight provides perfect tension. Good strong flow makes clean up much faster and easier. Won’t say it makes this thrilling, but it certainly approaches fun. The long extension hose allows you to bring the spray way outside the sink as required to fill containers, whatever. Good solid brushed steel construction, no plastic, except the actual rubber nozzle/spray head (making removing buildup clogs as easy as brushing a finger over them). Swinging filtered water dispenser is big bonus, good clean water for cooking, watering plants, dogs, cats, and people, etc. Lastly it looks and feels elegant/modern/cool, swings 360, out of the way to right where you want it. Something I use pretty much everyday should be this great. Glad I did this!

I purchased a PAKING kitchen faucet (Model: PB1017), and it looked exactly as showed on Amazon website. I don't know how long it can last because I just installed it. However, what I know is PAKING's customer support is unacceptable. I had an issue during the installation when I tried to connect the faucet’s dedicated drinking water pipe to my water purification system. I sent an email to PAKING's customer support and asked the thread size for the dedicated drinking water outlet so that I could purchase a right adapter for the connection. One week passed I did not get any reply from PAKING's customer support, and I re-sent the email to PAKING's customer support. Another week passed I still did not get any response from PAKING's customer support. There is a card inside the package which states that “GUARANTEED: 24-hour E-mail Customer Support”. Due to the extremely terrible customer support I would not want to spend any penny on PAKING’s product in the future.

Very good value for the money and I can have my filtered drinking water through the same faucet without the hassle of drilling the hole or putting another tap.

Worked decent until it broke. I had to change the head unit after a year, but I have hard water. The valve system started to lead after less than 2 years. Note that the second fauced is cold only and wired with a 3rd water input (2nd cold). I have to buy another one, but it will be a different model. Honnestly disapointed. It was cheap, but I would have hoped it to last at least 5+ years..

I bought it in 2021 and installed in 2022. it has been working very well, until a few months ago when I noticed the black paint peeling off in some places and now causing rust. Will have to replace it very soon. Being that this is not a cheap faucet I would have expect it to last a lot longer than 3 years.
