SUNLU PLA Plus Filament 1.75mm White 1KG

SUNLU filament is one of the best filaments I've used. I have tried a handful of brands and nothing compares to the reliability of SUNLU. Every time they come in a vacuum sealed bag, and they seem fairly dry. Its hard to tell though because I typically throw all my filaments in the drier just in case. The print quality comes out great each and every time, they stick to the bed great and if you keep them in a dry place they print great. I will continue to buy again and again for my 3d printing needs!

This PLA filament has been great to work with! It feeds smoothly, prints consistently, and produces clean, detailed prints. I’ve had good adhesion and very few issues with stringing or failed prints. The colors come out vibrant and the finished pieces have a nice, smooth appearance. I’ve used it for both small detailed prints and larger projects, and it has performed really well. Overall, this is a reliable PLA filament that I would definitely recommend for everyday 3D printing.

Works perfectly for my lamps

Pros: Well bonded layers are very strong. Low odor. Great bed adhesion. Color(white) is very nice for my application. (Sewing Machine Parts) Neatly spooled. No tangles. Packaging was great, and fast. Lower cost. Variety. Cons: Slight adjustments to flow rate and esteps needed (on my machine) Flow related bonding issues. Temperature sensitive (and associated blemishes) The diameter of the (hub) is significantly larger than other filaments I have used to their very ends. This causes some of the under extrusion and flow issues described earlier. (If you’re using the stock spool rack on an ender 3 or cr6 se). Overall I’m content with this. I solved most of the issues I faced, fairly easily. I did however very soon after order a kg of the previous filaments I was very happy with. I don’t recommend it for someone who expects it to just work out. But if you have any of the machines or accessories with the base and roller for your spools, I would expect better results. For the price I’m liking it.

I have a Bambu H2D and had been using Bambu filaments exclusively, a friend told me to try these and I am glad I did. Everyday prices are better than most sales prices I would get with BL filament, and I don't have to buy 20 rolls plus to get the best pricing. I have noticed no difference in print quality, so if you are on the fence and looking for something less expensive that still performs just as well, I think you found it. I have no complaints on SUNLU and have already repurchased several other colors.

Prints perfect

I mostly use Sunlu brand because it's great quality. I never have experienced any tangling and usually don't need to dry out of the box.

It’s a great white. It’s also easy to extrude with my p1s. The only issue is that it tangles so easily. It gets caught up as it’s pulling into the print head and tangles and causes my prints to fail. I’m not sure what that’s about, as I’ve bought a couple of these rolls and I’ve had the same issue. (Black and White). Otherwise, the pla itself is clean, the roll appears to be neatly wound prior to using it…it just tangles.

Buy them when they are on sale at around $17 a spool..Sunlu makes some reliable filaments that has good results.Colors are accurate and rarely I get a bad print.

Ordered for a friend to print for me. The final product was nice and the material performed as advertised. Have bought again.

A double pack of this material was very economical, and on top of that the PLA preforms very well, I'm printing a complex object at 180mm/s right now, and had to down the flow rate to 97%, I think that's my printer settings, not that material, but it's printing beautifully. A lab calibrated Mitutoyo digital micrometer says the material measures at between 1.74 and 1.754mm. A bit of variation for sure (I measured about 1 meter with 5 measuring points), but nothing extreme and better than most. Actually the best I've measured yet I think. Very happy with this material. I recommend this material for the price and quality. Also I've has no adhesion issues that were not bad setup related.
