The non-organic ones are now gluten free.** A: Sometimes you can buy a product with gluten-free oats. Oats are not gluten-free unless the package says so. They have to be grown on land where there has never been wheat planted. I went online and this is what Nairn's says about the organic oatcakes: " Our recipe does not contain any wheat. Sometimes though, oats (and other grains) can be contaminated with wheat in the fields or in the mill. For this reason our product could contain a trace of wheat. We therefore cannot guarantee that our ingredients are wheat-free." **Q: What's the expiration date on your current stock?** A: 11 March 2019. The oatcakes are still good past the expiration date and we will finish them long before they become stale! We have never tested them to discover just how long after their expiration date .it takes for them to deteriorate. **Q: What are the ngredientsg?** A: The baked in Scotland and very tasty Nairns Organic Oatcakes are high fiber with organic wholegrain oats (89%), organic sunflower oil, organic sustainable palm fruit oil, sea salt, and sodium bicarbonate as the raising agent.
