I got the model without a switch and cut off the USB connector. There are red and black wires, not too small, and were easy to add to some other circuitry. Yes, they are barely into the UV region and cast a purplish light, but they still excite things like yellow highlighter ink. I'm running them at 12 volts, but as strobe that's only on half a millisecond three times per second or so.

For the price I can't complain. Used on the inside of a plastic container to cure resin prints. It takes a while due to the limited output, but still works. Great value overall.

Living in Arizona means living with scorpions. Since scorpions glow brightly under UV light, I installed these along the bases of the bathroom cabinets to light up any unwelcome visitors during a night trip to the bathroom. I have had these on constantly for a year and the brightness level has remained constant. There has been no deterioration of the adhesive. I recommend these UV led strips.

Purchased for my sister's dance studio office desk. Beautiful color, strong sticky adhesive and worked without an issue.

Update; seller offered a full refund. So I’ll try it again. Won’t turn on after 30 days

Lasted 4 uses. I think the switch is broken. Have tried these lights in numerous other USB power sources. Nothing. Did the job well enough when they were working. I bought these lights to charge glow in the dark plastic for night sports. I made a specialized container and they were not crunched or abused. I’ll be looking for other lights that are more durable.

Used it for a Halloween costume. I love that is was trimable and it stuck well, I was as even able pull up and restock a area I messed up. When I decorate my office I plan to buy more. I ran it off a portable phone battery pack and it lasted over a hour.

Article conforme, plutôt de qualité. Expédition et livraison très rapide. Il est assez difficile de trouver un ruban led de lumière noire alimenté en USB 5V, mais celui-ci est de bonne facture pour un prix raisonnable. Il est étanche, livré avec des attaches pour le fixer sans adhésif, il dispose également d’un adhésif sur sa face arrière, et la partie câble USB est assez longue. Le rendu est vraiment top, je l’ai installé sous le rebord du plateau de mon bureau, et cela donne un effet vraiment sympa. Je suis très heureux du résultat ! Bien entendu, comme ce ruban de led est alimenté en 5V, il ne faut pas s’attendre à un éclairage aussi puissant que dans une boîte de nuit, mais l’effet est là, et cet éclairage d’ambiance est vraiment cool. Le vendeur devrait proposer plus de longueurs différentes tout en restant en USB (1m, 3m, 5m…), cela permettrait des projets plus ambitieux ! Je recommande vivement ce produit et ce vendeur !! Tout est parfait !

Estás luces no son lo que esperaba, las compré para curar impresiones de resina y tarda horas literalmente en curar ya que la potencia de la iluminación es muy baja, al principio creí que era la energía proporcionada por el adaptador USB ( el cuadrito) pero probe con varios de diferentes potencias de salida sin que variose el resultado, cabe destacar que las luces están en un contenedor cerrado y pequeño y aunque cumplen con el trabajo hace el proceso de curado muy lento, una lámpara uv portátil con un solo LED de 35 pesos lo hace mucho más rápido que está con 120, cómo decoracion tampoco es como en las fotos, altamente decepcionado con este producto.

Excellent strip of lights, which we combined with green light & white light strips to make a Moth Trap for our 11yr old granddaughter. It all works really well, and the ability to cut to length made it perfect.
