Can this be used for lice prevention. I read coconut is good for that

There is nothing on the label that says anything about lice prevention. I have the leave in for dry, color treated hair. It's not tested on animals, ethical, sustainable. My reasons for trying it, & I love it. Using it every day, it could work to prevent lice, but not positive.

Can this be used on relaxed African american hair?

Yes it most certainly can. I use it on my own hair all the time.

Is this a carrier for rosemary oil?

No. There is no Rosemary oil in the ingredient list.
