This is the absolute best sauce. Pricey but well worth it.

This was a decent alternative to making it from scratch or the powdered version
I thought this a decent Hollandaise sauce. And it lasted a pretty long time in the fridge. Besides using it with eggs and it was also great over baked salmon and other proteins. I had a problem opening it as there were no directions in English.

An easy basic hollandaise sauce. Love it!
It’s perfect flavor for me and will cover at least 6-8 eggs for Eggs Benedict. It is a good basic sauce that comes up a nice thick consistency. My mom tends to prefer it more seasoned and adds pepper and a dash of paprika and salt. My sister prefers it more lemony and grates a little lemon zest in it for use with fish. We have a high wattage microwave so I heat it in a Pyrex measuring pitcher…we do 1 minute on half heat or 5, take out and stir, and then 1 minute on 7. I always have one of these in the cupboard, they are so useful!

As remembered
The taste is as remembered. A little pricey? Yes. But good as a special treat. Side note (and -1 star) perhaps this item should not be shipped in an envelope. Box was crunched, but not leaking. Still, opened and used just in case.

Geschmacklich eine der Besten
Früher habe ich mich gefragt wofür man diese Art Soßen überhaupt gebrauchen kann. Seit gut 1 Jahr ist bei uns aber eine HLF eingezogen. Wenn man dann Lust hat, können Gemüse, Kartoffeln Nudeln u.s.w. noch etwas verändert werden.
