They are 15ml to the base of the straight rim section and 35ml to the brim.

Does this bowl have a swirl type design in the glass like what I see in picture, or is it smooth clear glass ?

The inside of the bowl is smooth clear glass and on the outside, there are two sets of thin lines, one set in the middle of the bowl and one more towards the bottom of the bowl.
