I have never had an anti-frizz cap before and only recently began working to manage my frizz-tempered hair. This thing is great. The adjustable band is basic, but works. It is a good size, on the large side of head sizes, but it doesn't change shape much when you cinch it. I have a lot of hair and I'd estimate it's probably a little over 2 ft. long, but it fits nicely enough for sleep.
