Be careful, mine is dry to the Bone and unusual when I got it.
I rated this item excluding this last purchase. It typically works amazingly and lasts all day but for some reason the last purchase I made was bone dry and unusable.

The formula must have changed
I have bought this product many times and tried dupes to save some money and they were not as good. I decided to buy it again, the mini version and it smudges, I get make up on my lower eyelids. It’s just not the same formula

It’s so dry I haven't been able to use it correctly. It won’t even glide on my eyelid at all. I tried to turn it over for a day and shake it, but still nothing comes out. Complete waste of money.

It is the very best eyeliner I have ever used. I have so much control when I put it on and the result is always flawless! BUT buyer beware this 0.02 oz is TINY!!!!!!!!! It's not the full size one. It's very small and hard to hold onto and use. Just letting you know. But the full sized ones are amazing!

This liquid eyeliner is a very good quality product. The pen design makes it so easy to apply, for day to day, and for more dramatic and artistic looks. It goes on so black, and stays all day without smudging. Essential addition to my makeup bag.
