Fast shipping
Excellent company with fast shipping for a Kohler DTV I needed when my original one broke. Fantastic price for an out of stock item on the Kohler website.

easy to install
easy to install. donn't know about durability yet as it's only been installed for a short time. just a warning about buying control units for this. some are for CA and only allow 1 faucet to be on at a time. Also make sure you get the right control head for the 3-valve and not the 2-way valve.

Water in unit already - used item or rebuilt
I recently went to install this item during a remodel and noticed there was water inside the unit. I called Kohler directly and asked if they tested it before shipping, which would explain the water, but they said no. That means this was definitely used at some point, or rebuilt.I plan on pressure testing the unit and will update my review once I figure out if it works or not.

Defective. It does not work
We ordered this in preparation for a sizable bathroom remodel. We had to gather all of the parts before they would start work. They started work this week, and the part does not work. It will not interface with the controller. And it is not the controller, as we have tried two of those. The return window is FAR too short for a shower project that would use a part like this.
