Put this on auto-ship!
I am by far no expert. However having tried one other brand, Con-Cret is now my go-to for daily use for general energy improvement. Two tiny scoops a day in my morning tea dissolves thoroughly and after a few days of use I can tell a significant difference in energy levels. This was the only change made and I will not be without it. I have experienced none of the side effects that can sometimes come with creatine use and I am very pleased with this product. I ordered the one with no flavor and in my opinion it does add a slight tartness. However, considering it is being mixed in my tea it is similar to a little hint of the tartness from lemon and I find it pleasant.

So far so good but couldnโt drink with water
The first day that I tried it, I mixed it with 10 ounces of water And it burned my throat & didnโt taste good. My throat was irritated for the rest of the evening. On day two I decided to mix it with 10 ounces of almond milk plus my protein powder That worked out perfect. That did not irritate my throat at all, so thatโs how Iโve been drinking it every since. It mixes very well, and mixing it in with my almond milk and chocolate vegan protein powder, I donโt taste the tartness of it. I will absolutely continue to use

Every flavor tastes great!
Love to purchase this creative! It mixes well in a shaker cup, tastes great and doesnโt hurt my stomach like many others! It dissolves well and doesnโt clump. It just takes one small scoop! Every flavor I have purchased tastes well. Super easy to use, scoop, pour into water, shake and drink! Lots of servings for the price!

very misleading!!!
Ordered "unflavored" variety. Received "Raw Tart" flavor. Thought maybe I made a mistake so I ordered "unflavored" a second time and a second time received "Raw Tart" flavor. Realized unlike creatine monohydrate - which comes in an unflavored variety that you can add to things without adversely affecting the flavor, this does not have an unflavored variety even though they misleadingly call it unflavored, it actually has a very strong, unpleasant taste. So they need to fix the listing to reflect it correctly as "Raw Tart" flavor instead of falsely calling it "unflavored." Since I normally add creatine to my morning coffee, this made the coffee taste like it was made with a lemon-lime sports drink instead of water. But even trying to put this into water and "shotgun" it, the flavor is very harsh... my wife won't even take it at all.

You won't gain weight. Misconception from media.
I was against creatine but my friend convinced me to try because supposed to help with sleep also. I haven't noticed a difference but I am continuing to take for muscle health. I didn't take before because I didn't want to look fat since it's supposed to help your muscle retain hold water. This is healthy though if you work out a lot and especially if you don't hydrate enough. I just pop it in with my electrolyte packet and I can't taste a thing! I think without mixing it may have a slight sodium taste.

Entirely my mistake but I bought this thinking there was more, the container is only 48g which brings it to close to $1000 per kilo..
