Extremely Sensitive..
It's really a nice stethoscope.. Diaphragm is highly sensitive, even more than littman.. Happy that it's indian product with high quality..

The diahragm has rust marks. Returned the 1st piece . The replacement piece has also the same issues
Quality not up to the mark. There are rust marks on the bell diaphragm. Sound quality is not great through.

Low quality
Cheap quality. The diaphragm became rusted after one week, sound also pathetic. Ear tip is very uncomfortable to wear in the ear. Overall will never recommend this.
