No more Neck/Back Pain. *by R***G on December 27, 2016* I travel frequently for work, and invariably find myself seated at a conference table looking down on my macbook. Between that and flying, I suffered from near constant neck and upper back pain. Massages and ibuprofen would help, but that's not what I'd call a long term solution. I finally ponied up the dough for the Roost and a 60% keyboard - and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Being able to sit up straight and have my screen at eye level was a simple adjustment that's paid dividends! No more neck and back pain! No more dreading the flight home! I feel less fatigued at the end of each day, and sharper during meetings. I'm able to work out more frequently, and my weekends are no longer spent recovering from the preceding week. My mood has improved, as well :) The Roost comes with a little bag, and folds up nicely in it. It weighs next to nothing, and fits nicely in my backpack. I was surprised at how light it is, but it's very sturdy and has survived several trips now. It looks great, and it grips my macbook very well. My macbook is enclosed in a plastic case, top and bottom, and the Roost handles it no problem.
