Bought this string to around the inside of our patio ceiling. I find the brightness great for the patio space, but not too bright at all. They were easy to install. I had to cut a section of the rope off as it was too long for my needs. I tried to use the extra piece somewhere else but was unable to get the provided extra connectors to work. Actually, at one point they sparked and smoked when I thought it was connected correctly and plugged in. I even watched the video about how to insert the connectors, but I was never able to figure it out.

We bought these to line and light our walkway. So far they work great. They look impressive, are very bright, are nice & long, and seem durable. We've had them for about a month and so far they have held up against 3 very heavy rains with strong winds. We secured them down into the ground with steaks and they haven't moved. So far so good. I plan to update this review if we have any issues.

Our old set of blue rope lighting for Garden failed us finally. So we ordered this. Its VERY BRIGHT and we use it to simulate a "river look" in a creek running back of our lawn that carries heavy rain water downhill. Beautiful blue lights! Love em.

Lights are only 1 year old and have noticeable deterioration of jacket lining lights. Discolored and have blocked much of the light. When first installed looked great but in the last year showed serious degradation

The lights are bright and look good, but I wanted to focus on the connection/splicing which no one really addressed.The connectors are cheap. I broke several pin’s trying to install, and there are not enough if you are looking to do a long run.The connectors are not waterproof, but I found that installing caulk or butyl tape in the ends before the connector can remedy that. You must cut at cut marks (every 3’); look for where the interior light strings end to double check. A clean cut will just have the two primary conductors running through it.Even when installed properly, I had both plug ends and connectors which would sometimes lose contact and have to reposition the run to get it back.I also checked the voltage and was a little surprised they run a step up transformer in the plug end to give you 240v (this is good for long run’s though)Overall I’m happy with the lights (I bought over 400’) but they do have a few issues you’ll have to work through

This is a nice bright, sturdy rope light that is perfect for being outdoors in the rain. Long enough to completely go around my 37 ft trailer. I connected it to a Dusk to Dawn timer and I never have to think about it. my hope is that any rodents/critters that come around won't want to come towards the bright light, so far so good.

I bought this light to use on our patio at Christmas time. These lights are simple to install. They are installed around the eaves and are very beautiful when the lights are turned on at night.We love it.Highly recommended!

I used about 60 feet if the 100 foot roll. the excess 40 feet I could not get to work with the adaptors that were included. the pin that was to be inserted into the cut end went in fine, but when connected to the extra power plug did not work. I followed the instructions, which were sparse, without deviation. So now I have a 40 foot strip that I cannot get to work. Why does it not work?Update May 5 2024: the lights in about 12 feet of the middle section crapped out and no amount of jiggling or flexing can get them back on. I can't find the manufacturer contact to ask for a replacement strand. I think since they were just bought and installed in Oct 2023, they should be warrantied for at least one year. I need to know how to claim this with the manufacturer? Who can provide that infor?
