I loved this coaching mentoring guidance book on becoming a better version of yourself. The book is packed full with some great guidance and advice to help you find ways to make a decision to becoming more productive and achieving personal goals.Each chapters has a homework tasks where you can dig out your journal and write in your ambition objectives for your future.It's a great read and highly recommend to reread time and time again, especially when writing in your personal journal.Best wishes, Sean ex RE Sapper

We’ve all seen Ollie Ollerton on sas as the tough instructor, this book shows a much different side. Extremely positive and will really help with your own self development and resilience. Enjoyed this book so much I bought a second copy for our workplace library

Another brilliant read from the author,knows his stuff,it’s specialist like mr ollerton served this country from people determined to kill us ,and done it with out recognition like all men and women,but no support for the horrendous things they have had to deal with

It’s so interesting to what he says about the different parts of the mind that we will experience and it’s good it’s not taken up with commando stories of gallantry and deed

A very good read.. thankyou Ollie, This guys done alot of work into finding out who he is and dealing with his demons and it also put me onto some good further reading based on what he had used to get him to the point where he wrote this book.. would love to see the next book based on the mental techniques they use in the SAS/SBS... keep em coming son... keep sharing!!
