This supplement was recommended by my Doctor to see if we could raise my very low magnesium level. I am giving 5 stars because it is what it says it is, and you are forewarned on the taste before you even purchase it. It is a gagging taste, but if you really need Mag, its short lived. You must know that I have a malabsorption issue, so I didn't have much hope. However, I saw a rise in my levels of .1 - this is a low amount, but given my issues it did have an affect. To anyone needing to raise their Mag levels I also suggest Magnesium spray, as your body absorbs the Mag more effectively than if it is digested. Unfortunately the next step for my is Magnesium infusions. If you are healthy and looking for some extra Mag, then this is the product you should try. Magnesium is the most essential mineral our bodies need to survive.

I was looking for ways to increase my magnesium intake and when taking a solid supplement I did not notice a difference. So if you're looking for a better way to consume magnesium, look no further! This is a game-changer for me. I suffered from really tight calves and feet, and no matter how many tablets of magnesium I took I never saw a difference. I switched to this liquid magnesium and love it, and it really has helped my muscle cramps from working out and just getting stiff with a desk job! It has a very medal taste to it so I add it into some sort of drink to help with the taste.

Liquid tastes terrrible, so easier to take with a touch of orange or grape juice. Regular hard magnesium supplements did not help my leg (Restless leg syndrome), but magnesium in water did. Thus, I tried the liquid form and I no longer take medication that I assume is due to using this product as a supplement. I use just a few tablespoons or juice with an appropriate amount (Less than RDA due to eating other foods) so I can swallow it in one gulp (I add some liquid zinc too). I keep doses low since it is a supplement and probably not meant to replace regular nutrition we all need. This is not medical advice, simply what seems to have worked for me.

First of all I just want to say I LOVE Now supplements. They’re wonderful and reasonably priced. That being said....., OMG, after dismissing others that said it tasted terrible ( I thought, c’mon, don’t be a wimp!) I found out that I could not choke this stuff down no matter what I tried. Believe me, I tried!!! I took it like a shot of whisky, I tried to use a straw to bypass my tastebuds, I tried mixing it with stuff, no, no, and no!! It was so vile it engaged my gag reflex!!! So....I’m sorry but I can’t recommend it because if you have tastebuds at all..,, you can’t take it!!

The taste isn’t good I mixed 1/4 teaspoon with a spoonful of tea after I drink that I followed with a some more tea to get the taste out of my mouthIt worked…I used to have terrible cramps in my. Legs and feet every night… my Dr prescribed gabapentin 300 mg…I didn’t want that… so I tried this liquid magnesium and 5 minutes after I drank it the cramps were gone…I take it 3 times a day and I haven’t had any cramps and I can get a good nights sleep….it worked perfectly… no more magnesium pills that didn’t do anything

I like the product. The product works, but the shipping is always 50/50. I'm not sure why this item ships in bubble mailers without being wrapped in an extra layer of bubble wrap. I have 2 containers of quality product with no way of keeping them closed once I remove the protective seal. Luckily, I have prepared for this ridiculousness and always keep spare caps on hand from old bottles. Maybe I can find a store that sells this item locally so I can worry less about damages.

After a neck injury from my chiropractor, my cervical spine was in shock, high blood pressure, PVC's, I could not take a deep breath, air hunger, horrible adrenaline surges (picture panic attacks on steroids!!!) , vibrations , muscle spasms, almost gave me a stroke.....(this lasted for 9 weeks!!)
