Still smoking
I have been wearing this magnet as directions state for 2 weeks, I have yet to quit smoking. I do feel like my anxiety has been calmer since I started wearing it daily. I will continue to wear it and see if it help me quit smoking.

I can go for a week without smoking which is a lot better than it was
I've been trying to stop smoking all year and keep going back to them. So I thought why not try this too. The first week, I was wearing it on the wrong ear. Once I put it on the right ear, I started noticing my cravings weren't as strong. I can go for a week without smoking which is a lot better than it was. So I think this is a helpful crutch to use. I"m still working on not smoking so wish me luck. :-)

if you leave them on there overnight and for some reason the pain doesn’t tell you to take them off you can actually make dead spots in her ears they’ll end up leaving a little holes in your ears like somebody attacked you with the whole puncher
These are just two little bitty Rare earth magnets, no different than any other ones you’ll find out here except their advertise to quit smoking, they are very strong, so if you pinch here for too long sometimes they can cause damage cut cut off circulation, if you leave them on there overnight and for some reason the pain doesn’t tell you to take them off you can actually make dead spots in her ears they’ll end up leaving a little holes in your ears like somebody attacked you with the whole puncher.

Actually worked in my case!
I bought this for my husband who's been trying many different things in the past. He had had great results with accupuncture for a variety of things in the past, so we figured for the price, why not? He has now been smoke free for almost a year! Was it actually this magnet that helped? Or a placebo effect? I have no idea, all that counts for us, is that he finally made it! Definitely worth a try in my opinion!
