I had premature twins two weeks ago. The Twin-Z pillow has been a lifesaver. Our girls were in the NICU for approximately two weeks and they were tiny. I took the Twin-Z to the NICU and used it daily to help me tandem hold them and nurse them. As a new mom of premature, tiny twins, I couldn't have held them together without the pillow. The pillow allowed me to provide them with the proper support, helped them interact with each other, and interact with me. The pillow is also great for tandem breast feeding in the football hold position. It allows me to get them both latched on with only one hand. I do not think that I could tandem breastfeed without it. The back support is also key. I had a c-section and my back was sore for weeks. Sometimes I sit in this pillow in bed without the girls just so that I can use the back support. It really is comphy and provides the support that I need on my back after the lasting pain from the epidural. I cannot say enough good things about this product.
