Haven't had it long, so cant speak on longevity. But I can say I'm hard to impress, and I'm 100% happy with this. I havent even tried the hot and cold settings yet, because it does such a good job without them. Just the right amount of pressure, well packaged with great attachments. I saw some didnt like the noise, but I've used other brands that were noisy. This has hardly any sound. The battery charge is excellent. The size is perfect, easy to hold. You can tell when opening the case it comes in, that the company cares about the quality, and thought of the small stuff, like a velcro strap to tie up the cord for storage. Not just cheaply made to make money. Would definitely buy again if I ever had to replace.

I’m so happy I went with this. I’ve been thinking of a massage gun for a while but wanted something small and good. I heard about Thera but it’s so expensive and really didn’t want to cough it up. I saw a recommend for this brand on reddit and the price was acceptable to me and I’m so glad I took the risk and went with Bob and Brads. It’s small, packs a punch, and overall just good quality. My muscles r thankful.

Great Little device. I'm stuck at home with a broken knee cap and both legs are getting "puffy" with inactivity, this really works great even at a low speed. Massaging my calves and back was easy and felt great. A lot of power for a small unit. My only regret is that I should have bought one with a Hot/Cold tip.

This is the 3rd massage gun that I have purchased from Bob & Brad. My wife and I use it every evening before bed to help relax muscle tension in hips and legs. This is the best item on Amazon for aches and pains in your muscles and joints. It is very manageable even with my weakened hands. I let my wife use it for just a minute and we ordered her one as well. The case is very durable and portable. It is very well built and pleasing to the eye and hands when operating.

This little gem was recommended to me by my favorite massage therapist in Vegas. I love it! It is small enough that I can easily hold it and maneuver it around my shoulders and neck. It comes in a great semi hard case that is so convenient to throw in your backpack for extended airplane flights. It's a great way to keep the blood moving on my international flights. It is also powerful. I have never needed to take it up to full power because 1 or 2 is plenty of strength. I have bigger massage guns but they are difficult for me to handle on my own when I start getting around the back of my shoulders. I just bought 2 more as gifts for my trainers for Christmas. These pack a powerful punch for a small price. Definitely worth it!
