My only complaint is the strings that they come with, while it is nice to have a new string for each refill they are elastic and the reaction of the toy from the wand input is much slower than the solid strings on the original and they get worse the longer you play with them, easy enough fix, tie on the solid string I have from the original wand and its party time. They showed up super quick, very happy with product and seller, I will be reordering many times if the quality stays this good. My cats are simply bonkers for this toy, they don't even get as excited about food or treats as they do about these things, I can't even open the door to the room where we keep them without getting pestered for 5 minutes if I don't come out with the toy. I didn't use the string that came with the refill. The feather quality is high and my cat likes to catch these. The only drawback is that the joint at the tip doesn't spin very easily so the feather doesn't rotate as well as it could be.
