On My Second Unit
The first scale I received was defective and inoperable. I returned and received another scale. It's no issues so far 2 weeks in and works great for my shipping/postal needs. I gave 4 stars because the first unit was defective.

Inaccurate scale with a small platform UPDATE
The platform is approximately 6x7 inches. That's smaller than most packages I mail. I can weigh a package 3 or 4 times and weight will vary greatly by at least 2 ounces. Not worth it.UPDATE: I received great customer service. I had received a defective scale and was outside the return window before I had opened it and tried to use it a few times. The seller was gracious enough to remedy the situation. Wonderful customer service!

NEWBIE here! I am just started my small business, so we will see how the accuracy works out this new year. Excited to use and ship from home! Great size to start off with smaller items.

Not reliable/accurate
I have had many issues with this scale. It’s for sure not accurate. I follow the instructions to the 10th power and I’ll even add extra ounces to avoid being charged extra from the post office. I sell on a site and this scale has been very disappointing. I keep getting charged extra fees from the post office for incorrect weight. I attempted to go onto the manufacturers website through Amazon and it leads to an image that states error. It’s too late to return. Do yourself a favor and find a better and more efficient scale.

Just the right product for my needs. Mailing things to friends and family is a lot easier now that I can weigh the packages and calculate the postage accurately.

Great scale but needs to be calibrated.
I was excited to receive this handsome scale. The weighing area is nice and big. It came packaged well and I like the included plug in adapter and battery option. When I received the scale I realized it was off a by 2.0 oz’s. It can be calibrated but only in pounds. 1lb calibration weights are very expensive compared to the kg weights. So I am unable to get it calibrated until I find a inexpensive weight. I don’t like the idea of having to spend more on a calibration weight than what I paid for the scale.
