the sweary coloring book for adults: 50 filthy swears

This book came in the mail yesterday and I'm diving right in today to start coloring. I wanted to write a review before I got too caught up in my little coloring world because I'm so excited. Anyways! This is what, 50 pages of awesomeness? I particularly love the first page that's in essence the cover, but has the introduction page of "This f-ing book belongs to ____" for some reason I just love when books have that, it makes it really personal and cute, and you get to color a copy of the cover page without having to worry about it getting messy! I'd say there's 3 different varieties of pages: one that has a lot of stars, hearts, and flowers with the swear in the center and a stained-glass look to fill the page; one that's a more open page with just a word and little embellishments and flourishes around it; and one that's flowers making up the word. I'm not as fond of the last one stylistically, but I can see the appeal of it as well, it's just not to my particular taste. I'm most fond of the stained glass look.I've seen people write about the fact that the designs are all very similar in terms of content but I sort of like that consistency. There's times when I don't and there's times when I do, and this is a time when I definitely do. I also appreciate that the pages are in alphabetical order. This is the first sweary book I've bought that I've noticed is in alphabetical order like this, so it's easy to think of what word you might want to color in and then quickly find the page instead of having to flip through it a few times to find it. There are a couple of pages I'm not as fond of but nothing I wouldn't expect from a sweary book.Pages are all single sided and I'm using Spectrum Noir markers on the page I chose to begin. The paper absorbs the marker nicely and I'm not sure if I'm getting more practice with the markers or if it's really nice paper but it hasn't leaked outside the lines yet. They do leak through the paper but I was expecting that (I haven't found paper that these markers won't leak through). Anyways, I also like the variety in font/typeset of the words, it gives each of the pages their own little charm. I did get this book at a discounted/promo price and honestly, I think it's worth the full price for it with the amount of pages in it.

This is an awesome coloring book. Love all the sweay words. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the pages are not very thick so I cannot use markers to color unless I rip out the pages. Which it would be difficult to rip out the pages since they are not perforated. Also there are a few words I really am not familiar with. Besides that it is a super awesome coloring book with hours and hours of coloring.

I love the patterns that come with this book as well as the fact that you can actually see the word written. A lot of sweary books make it so that you can barely make out what the word is. While the patterns are similar for most of the words, I still enjoy the endless possibilities of color combinations. I also really like the choice in words, it has a wide spectrum of varying degrees of vulgarity. As an avid coloring enthusiast, it's a definite must have to my every growing collection.

This book is absolutely beautiful! I love that is book is filled with art and not just swear words. The pages are beautiful and you will want to color them more than once. The paper is awesome and the designs are single sided, which is a plus if you want to use markers or gel pens. Just slip a piece of cardstock between the pages. I highly recommend this book as it is both beautiful and therapeutic!

I do my best not to swear. But I loved to color these words in. By coloring a page it helped me to deal with a stressful situation and I was able to have fun while doing it. Who can say that and mean it??

This book is great! As long as you have a sense of humor and aren't easily offended! I love the big words with the like doodle shapes around it! Stars, hearts, flowers. It's just a lot of fun! The words in it are great! A nice variety of swears! If you're into adult coloring and like swear words I'd highly recommend adding this to your collection!

It is what it says it is. It is a coloring book. It has swear words in it. They are even in loose alphabetical order. My only objection is that each page is the same design over and over again. You can literally see the same flower with the same exact flaw used in every picture. It is kind of ridiculous. And a waste of money, in my opinion.

This book is so cute and funny, I love that it has different styles throughout the book and with 50 pages to choose from there is no swear missed. The artwork is amazing and there are many different fonts and even words made from intricate flowers and butterflies. I love this book and highly recommend it :)

Kindle Version- The pictures look great but was a little disappointed to find there is no link to download to color. Seems to be just a sneak peek before you order the physical book which I have since I like what I see.
