After each use, more and more rods fall out.

Brush was defective. Seller is amazing and honest.
I bought a Shaolin brush similar to this one and it was excellent until I lost it, couldn't find the same so I ordered this one, first day of using it for a few minutes and one of the strands just broke with light use. I guess I got a defective unit. see update below. UPDATE: The seller Radiant Goods is very honest and amazing... they read about my defective brush and refunded my money without me asking. Amazing seller. Thank you !
