Product is really good and gives a great boost for workout, at this price range it’s unbeatable and competes to high price range products. it’s one of the best pre workouts i had in a while, the fruit punch is really good tho leave a little aftertaste as well. 10/10 would recommend to all budget gym lovers out there!

Im not a big fan of MB products but this one is good compared to their whey. 150 mg per scoop so its good.

First things first. If you font have any problem with coffee then a cup of black coffee will be better fir you as it is the most cheapest source of caffeine just a one rupee sachet if Nescafé is good enough for you. Now coming to the review I have a sensitive skin and I get severe acne even after one cup of coffee so was looking for a caffeine supplement. This is my second box and it is the best supplement out there. I take only one levelled scoop and get energy for a 1 abd a half hour session. Some people compare it with pre workout and get disappointed as it is just caffeine and will only give you a feel of alertness. It wont give you pumps or wont increase your focus it will just alert you and give you energy. If you want an effect like a pre just add 2.5 gms of l-citrulline and it will give u better results than a pre and will save lots of your money.Conclusion it is the best caffeine supplement even better than the pills. U can go for it without any second thoughts. But if you dont want to use it just a sachet of coffee will give you the same effect.

Other important thing -- 'As per information given in the product'-- It contains less/no harmful preservatives (compared to other similar products, which contains a lot of cancer causing preservatives). It contains only INS 330 (which is actually citric acid) as a major preservative. It is not harmful. This is one of the main reason, I have purchased this product. Hope all the information given in the packet is correct. As, I don't want to purchase disease with products.
