Stelle Audio STPLRMB Bluetooth Audio Pillar (Matte Black)

I have one JBL Voyager (also bluetooth speaker with sub woofer like this one, USD200), that is a great speaker (4 stars). But this time I want to try something new to use in my office, so I bought this Stelle, USD300, comparing the two speakers:- Sound quality:JBL is better (to my feeling), the sound from JBL is soft and gentle especially the bass. Sound from Stelle is sharp and hard, it's not bad at all, but I prefer the sound from JBL than Stelle.- Speakers orientation:The Stelle is omni dirrectional speaker, it will be good to use for outside party, camping, where people are surrounding and sound is fairly distributed to everyone. But in a room, traditional dirrection like JBL maybe better for individual listener, sound is oriented directly to your ears, you may feel the stereo better than Stelle.- Design:Stelle is better with large capacity battery, it can run for 15 hours and woofer also can function with battery meanwhile JBL woofer will not work in battery mode (maybe the capacity is too small)- Conclusion:If you buy speaker for travelling, outside party, camping, stick to Stelle, it is designed for that purpose.If you use speaker for in-room music, with regular power supply, just buy JBL, it may produces better sound quality and better sound orientation.So, both speakers are very good, each one has pros and cons, but Stelle is 300USD comparing to JBL 200USD, that's why I rate JBL 4 stars and Stelle only 3.

I don't believe this is worth the price. I like it okay. I feel it's muffled unless it get loud and the in between stages of volume are generally muddy. I believe this is primarily because of the blue tooth connection. I find that can happen with blue tooth technology from time to time. I really enjoy my monster and my Viben. Both are cheaper and for the price, I get more enjoyment out of them than this. I like the sleek design, but don't feel it's worth the price. I would not buy again.

Sound was decent but not nearly as good as i was looking for. The appearance of the speaker was nice but the build quality was lacking. It seemed "fragile" to me after owning a few other bluetooth speakers. The only way this speaker would be worth it is if sold for half price.

terrible for the price muddled sound, not loud enough, battery isnt great. should be $60-80 max. and even at that price I would buy other, better speakers. this is an instance where they think if they charge a ton and put it in a stylish (debatable) package, that people will assume it's a luxury product. its not

So far, I'm just mildly impressed. The speaker looks nice and is easy to set up but the only place I've found that it sounds extremely well was on a glass table. I'll keep trying and update this review but after day one I feel like I've been on a date with a beautiful woman who has nothing more to offer then good looks. And looks only get you so far.Update: ended up returning and got a Harman KARDON ONYX. Both 1 & 3 are excellent.

I love my Pillar! I got this for Christmas - WOW! Great way to listen to music! Earlier models must have had the on/off switch in the back based on some reviews but on mine the on/off is on the top of the unit and it's perfect.There is nothing I would change on this as of yet. Sometimes it's tough to patch into my phone's Bluetooth ala paring but who knows if that is on the side of the phone or the Stelle.Highly recommend!!

The Pillar is so easy to use - and such great sound! I have forsaken my home WiFi system in favor of using the Pillar. It is super-handy - I take from room to room when I'm listening to Pandora or my favorite NPR station app from my phone. I also use it as a speaker for boosting the sound on movies on my laptop. It's versatile and beautiful. It's revolutionized the way I listen to everything - music, radio, audiobooks. Just a great product, very high quality.

Great speakers with an awesome sound! This product is great for all events. If you are looking for a clear sound, the Stelle Audio Pillar is the way to go!
