Bought 2.5x2.5m one may ‘23 and it was perfect. Sturdy, well made, shielded the sun off the kitchen and shelter from the rain. Bought another one this year and the frames even better with the push up bar on the centre of the roof. The roof of the one purchased in 2023 has took a beating from the elements and has a few rips in the corners from the weather it took at the back end of last year, packed up around October cos it was so nice to sit out when it rained. Been trying to look how to buy a replacement roof cos the frames still spot on. The bag it comes in has wheels so even though it’s a bit heavy, it’s easy to move around. Brilliant bit of kit, even bought my mum one, if anyone knows how to order just the roof, please tell. Thanks Update April 2026: purchased another, because can’t buy the roof on its own. The frames are sturdy as anything but the roof takes a beating and being able to buy that on its own would be great for the customer. Prob not so much the seller

How do I get a replacement top cover! It's a fantastic Gazebo, well made and easy to put up. I had this up on my drive for working on cars for 2 years! In wind and rain it worked really well. Unfortunately the canopy has ripped to much now to be of any use and I am keen to buy another top however I can only find them available in the US!

So far so good! Frame itself is relatively strong, bit fiddly to setup amongst 2 people (4 people would be better!) but it's up and seems solid. Had some heavy rain and wind and it's been grand. No leaks or tears. I can see the velcro straps going to pot after putting up and down a few times so something to monitor - I don't plan on taking it down that often so hopefully not much wear. I'm using it to work on a car over winter so bought an additional 2 sides so only 1 is open (where the car sticks out). I have strapped the canopy to all 4the car wheels using the provided rope and discarded the ground pegs. I also lower the canopy to its lowest setting when not in use. Doing the above is probably overkill, but I'm confident it will last through the harsh weather of northern winters.

The frame broke despite the product still being under warranty, which is very disappointing. There is no way to contact customer service apart from email. I have already sent all the required details, but it has now been over two weeks without any response. This lack of support is unacceptable, especially for a product that is advertised with a warranty. If I had known that customer service was non-existent, I would not have purchased this item.

We purchased a Mastercanopy summer 2024, it was perfect as our house is on a corner so wind sweeps round. We tried parasol, canterliever and a sale but nothing worked. So we were pleased that the Mastercanopy fitted the bill. However after the recent heavy rain we got home & the weight of the water sitting on the canopy buckled the frame and tore the canopy - so it had to go in the bin. We have now purchased a 2nd one and I am pleased to see some improvements have been made - water release holes on all 4 sides, reinforced structure so hopefully this won't happen again. However if heavy rain is forecast we will probably take the canopy off. Saying all this i would definitely recommend this item it takes 10 mins to put up and take down easy to follow instructions and good value for money it also looks very nice with the added protection of a side panel. Sand bags (sand not supplied)and tie down guide ropes included.Lessons learned do not leave it up in high winds or heavy rain storms

Why did you choose this product over others?: We've purchased the 3x3M version twice and had to replace the canopy twice as well... not for the reasons you think though! We've had ours for roughly 4 years now and its one of the items we always put up in the summer to keep the hot sun beams from melting our faces when we're trying to have lunch outside. It covers a large area (3x3m duuuhh) and has adjustable heights so us tall people don't hit smash their heads against the frame 400 times (mostly anyway). "But Rowan, why did you need to buy two and replace the canopy twice!".... Well you see, as some other reviewers pointed out, Gazebo + strong winds = bad time. Which when you think about it... yeh isn't the smartest move. Once we needed to replace it fully as a gust of wind hit it and just destroyed it (was pretty impressive on camera...) the second time it went sideways and just ripped a whole in it.. Neither of these are the fault of the product, just stupid people not realising Gazebo + strong winds = bad time. (this isn't just us either since our neighbour did the same thing!) We've just replace the canopy once again.. but due to us storing it improperly and it just ripping when we tried to put it up. MasterCanopy were super helpful though when trying to replace only the canopy, just send them a message and they will sort you out and shipped/delivered in no time. Highly recommend the item, but Gazebo + strong winds = bad time, so if its a little windy and you can, just drop the canopy to the lowest height (so a dwarf can only fit under it) and your be fine :)

I thought this was brilliant when I put it up it was quick and easy to put in place and seem sturdy enough. However when I went to take it down, two of the poles snapped in half. Dissappointed as it was pretty good canopy.

love the quick easy set up, wish you could buy more walls on Amazon for this size, ended up buying a 12 x10 wall to wrap around two sides, it works... kind of. This has been set up for over 3 weeks, only disappointment is that it is not quite waterproof. There are a few holes from the stitching and along the seams the water will leak with heavier rainfall. Going to buy a waterproof spray to treat the top, when it will stop raining for long enough for it to be treated properly. Holds up well to wind (in a sheltered location). No hesitation on recommending or buying another if needed. Better quality than the Woods or Coleman tents I've purchased in the past, for more money. Update** I've had this tent up in my back yard through the winter, it's still standing. During heavy snow I would brush the snow off before too much accumulated but there's no sign of sagging or stretching. Very pleased with my purchase.

Wir haben uns das dunkelgraue 3x3 Pavillon im Juli 22 bestellt. Es war jetzt 6 Monate lang eine dauerhaft aufgebaute Übergangslösung. Das Gestell war für die gesamte Zeit mit Schrauben in den Zwischenfugen der Pflastersteine festgeschraubt. Es hat die Standzeit ohne Rost und Lackabplatzer (außer an den Bodenfüßen) überstanden. Einzig die roten Plastik Stopper zum einstellen sind etwas ausgeblichen. Mechanik funktioniert tadellos. Das Zelt selber haben wir am Anfang bei jedem Windhauch abgebaut (geht sogar mit einer Person) so das sich an den Inneren nähten das Regenband zügig gelöst hatte! Dadurch hatte es leider bei Regen minimal rein getropft – war jetzt aber auch nicht schlimm. Später haben wir es auch bei stärkeren Windböen stehen gelassen was es gut weg gesteckt hatte. Regen ist gut abgelaufen. Schnee habe wir abgeklopft. Was man allerdings nicht machen sollte – wenn das Dach gefroren ist dagegen schlagen! Dabei entstand leider ein 20 cm Riss. Leider sind keine Reparatur Flicken enthalte . Habe selbstklebende Neilion Streifen online bestellt – jetzt passt es wieder. Der graue Stoff ist in den 6 Monaten minimal ausgeblichen was wir ok finden da es ja er nicht zur dauerhaften Nutzung gedacht ist. Das mitgelieferten Seitenteil passt und ist stabil. Der Zusammenbau war einfach – jedoch hab ich es bisher nicht geschafft die Plane wieder in die Verpackung zu bekommen! Fazit – Qualität passt für Partyzelt, Festivals, Camping Vorzelt usw. (Nicht vergessen am Boden zu sichern!)

Pavillion sehr gut Montage einfach aber muss vorsichtig geöffnet werden am besten zu 2 . Sieht gut aus und ist zu empfehlen. Bei Regen auch top .
