For my left hand, the right side of the glove came open much more noticeably. But the left side of it also started separating. And vise-versa for the right glove. I went with the large. If I were to order these again, I do the same again. **Q: Can these be used over a pair of outdoor fleece gloves in order to provide traction and grip with the palms?** A: I would think no. The finger holes are supposed to be snug. I think you'd be better off with gloves that are nonfleece but able to grip, like weightlifting gloves, "mechanics gloves" (Home Depot) or something like driving gloves. **Q: If my hand is 4.25 what size should I buy? See my pics. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keeping my palms from being shredded *by M***A on September 26, 2022* I just started flying trapeze and was recommended I get grips like this so my hands don't get blistered while swinging. I tried them at my last two lessons and they did exactly that! They do need to be broken in, but that's expected for anything that's leather. I have small hands - the small size fits perfectly. Update 7/13 - after many many classes, one of them ripped clean off the wrist band. Unfortunate, but I still bought another pair.
