Your best bet is to, first, buy the CalMAN Home package then, after you receive the package including the coupon, use the coupon to order the TV stick. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ bad service *by R***J on June 12, 2023* calman are not replying my concern about technical problem, i emailed them many times but they are not responding. i just ned to deactivate the account and coz i need a fresh installation. but they are not responding my email. what kind of service is that, ur selling product and u dnt know how to help ur client t soolve their problem. very bad service. i will not refer this software to people. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Calibration results for my new 4k tv *by M***D on December 17, 2015* Purchased to calibrate a new Samsung 4k TV. The bottom-line is that this device produced amazing results on my TV and for that I give it 5 stars with some caveats. The process was really slow to get my fire stick and so I sat with the actual Calman device for 3 weeks and could not use it (I almost returned it but glad I did not). The software was a little tricky to get set up and the instructions could be improved but the technical help was outstanding. Kudos to JP in the tech dept for instantly responding to my questions on the installation and connections.Once it was all installed and working, moving through the menus was really easy. If you have an older plasma this is still a great device but on my Panasonic I was not able to adjust Gamma and white balance (which are critical in my opinion). My new TV had all of these advanced picture options. As an additional bonus I have a free fire stick to use. Again the real results are what matters for me and the new 4k TV now looks amazing post calibration!!!***Update*** After calibrating 3 of my TVs (Plasma, 2 LEDs including a 4k) this device makes a world of difference. The before and after adjustments really show the dramatic difference. Now that I know how to adjust I can complete a full calibration in 20 minutes or less.On top you get a free fire stick so for the price this is so much better than getting a slightly cheaper calibration dvd. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good Calibration device when Works *by F***I on December 21, 2015* It is a very good device when it works. I have calibrated two TVs with this one Panasonic plasma (2012 model) and one new Samsung JS9000. It worked on both. But I have following issues with the device:1) Communication between CalMan pc software and their app on Fire TV is very tricky. In my case, for almost 50% of the time PC version did not recognize the Fire Tv app even though it could find it in the search. When I press the connect button, it would try to connect but finally give an error message saying, "No such device found on USB". I used to unplug C3 meter and restart my laptop and Fire TV to re-initiate the whole process.2) For multiple times, even if both PC and App are communicating, the meter will stop providing readings to the software. e.g., during contrast tuning, I would hear a click sound from laptop expecting a reading from the meter but instead of reading I would get an empty error message. So, I had to unplug the meter and restart both PC and Fire TV to start again.I have returned this device due to these problem.One last thing, which is not technical but from business point of view is that when I bought this product, I was supposed to buy the Fire Stick separately as well otherwise it will not work. So, I bought both but when it came to shipping, Amzon was showing me that I'll get CalMan using prime in 2 days whereas Fire Stick will arrive in 15 days using Prime. That is why I had to cancel Fire Stick and had to buy Fire TV which is $60 more than the stick. I was going to cancel my entire order but still not every one will go through this.
