Best night of sleep for adhd people!!!!
I would recommend this product to anyone who has adhd and you have trouble sleeping at night because you can't shut your brain off from over thinking or having theory conversations in your head. This is the stuff you need! I havent gotten a more peaceful sleep in a very long time. I even have sleep meds to counteract my adhd meds but I wake up still tired from doctor prescribe meds... this no drowsiness, still feeling tired after waking up.... you just feel rested and ready to start your day like a normal person. If thats TLTR short version is if you want a better night sleep with no side effects this is what your looking for!

It is a decent magnesium
I use this as a part of my sleep routine And it's definitely decent and affordable but I'm not so sure about several of the ingredients . It does the job but I'm probably going to switch to more absorbable liquid magnesium to see if it help neuropathy more than this one. If you want a magnesium this is definate a good alternative especially for the price
