This shirt protected me from being sunburnt at White Sands National Park in New Mexico at the end of June... that should be enough of a review for anyone to purchase it! But... if I don't have you convinced yet, I also wasn't "hot" while wearing the shirt, even in 100+ degree heat. I even put the hood on, which is large enough that if you have a lot of hair or a huge messy bun, it can still ALL fit under the hood! I plan on purchasing this shirt in more colors to go along with the one extra color I already own!

Great for working around the yard, cleaning the pool, hanging at the beach, or anytime you need protection from the sun. I have 3 of these and my oldest one is about 4 years old, but still works amazing. I love the kangaroo pocket which is hard to find in a sun shirt. The hoodie comes in handy when outside. The material is thin enough that you won't get extra hot on those triple digit days. The sun protection is perfect. My only suggestion is to go with a pattern if you're going to be doing yard work, this way it's harder to see stains. They are washer and dryer safe. I ordered a XXL.

Love the sleeve length and thumb holes, not for all the time but definitely nice to not have your sleeves constantly riding up your arm if you've got long arms like me. I'm 6'7"& 230lbs and I normally order an XL but I ordered the XXL because I enjoy comfort & am Gen X'er & in turn obviously need my looser fitting clothing even if things are meant to be as tight a pair of 80's Jordache Jeans. The 2XL is perfect. Didn't disappoint & also has a Sweet little hood that helps keep sun off the head neck & ears with no hat needed. The front pocket is handy more often than you'd think too. I definitely consider it a great buy & highly recomend one or 2, plenty of cool colors.

Great design, love the thickness and feel, but polyester is always such a pain to get rid of stinky armpit smells even after doing laundry. Hopefully I can find a way to get rid of it, otherwise awesome.

I didn't burn and I wasn't eaten by a shark! And caught my limit for the day.

I love this sunshirt, and get complimented on it constantly. It has super bright vibrant colors. I have a Sun Allergy and get hives even with sunblock; this keeps the hives away and no burning at all, so it also does what it is made for. And it is super comfy. Going to be ordering backups of this.

Drawstring hood is a great feature, keeps the hood from blowing off in the wind, the frt pockets are nice, but maybe not strong enough for anything important. Blocks uv but not 100%, if you're fair skinned like me you'll still get some exposure but not a burn.

Wore this to local street market in hot sun. Deliciously cool and comfortable. Hood a plus. Will use it on holiday and running. Recommended
