This bag is bigger than I thought it would be. I really like the design. I wasn't sure that I wanted a messenger bag or a backpack. This gives you the option. The long messenger strap comes off and you pull out the shoulder straps. You can then store the messenger strap where the shoulder straps were. Very roomy. I took out the laptop sleeve for my upcoming trip, just for the extra room and less weight. There was only one picture of this on Amazon, so they need to add more. At $16.99, you cannot go wrong with this bag.

I liked this bag a lot my only complaint is that it is fairly heavy empty. when really loaded up it gets quite heavy. I bought this to use on the back of my Mom's wheelchair for all day outings and it worked well for that. it is padded so things were not sticking in her back it has lots of pockets. the lap top case is removeable but will be useful at other times. it is waterproof I like the fact that you have a separate handle on top not just the staps. there ar also back pack type staps to pull out if you want to carry it that way.

This bag is perfect except for the big front flap, it's a little annoying. The ease of access to the laptop pocket is great for travel. Very good quality, but not fancy/fashionable.
