Can you put it on a mirror wall?

Yes you can place on mirror the adhesive on the back would hold. Make sure the mirror is clean and dust free before using it on glass.

Are the birds included in with this purchase?

Yes the birds are included. It was easier to put up than I thought it would be. I love it.

Will it rip off wall paint when taking it off ?

No it will not hurt the paint on your wall. They give you a tool to remove it from your wall. It works great so both set up and removal are very easy to do yourself. This is a great product with easy instructions from start to finish.

Can I put this outside? I am thinking garage doors?

I'm sure you can as long as it's not too cold so they fall off
