there was no hat/mask in the package which has most upset my grandson. the model bear was definitely wearing one in the product picture.

WARNING: THIS WILL PERMANENTLY STAIN YOUR STUFFED TOYS
THIS OUTFIT PERMANENTLY STAINED MY STUFFED TOY. I purchased this about two months ago and put it on a good quality stuffed toy - a grey and white ringtailed Lemur made by Wild Republic. When I removed the outfit I found my Lemur was stained another colour by the outfit, and now had blue (often the base colour of grey dye) stains down his legs, tummy and the areas that were supposed to be white. It also stained a BuildABear dressing gown worn over the top. The stains did not wash out in the sink no matter what I tried, from soap to stain remover nothing could remove the stains caused by this outfit. I dare not try washing it in the washing machine. Awarded one star only because you cannot select zero stars and still leave a review.

alas this batman outfit is a tuxedo.Could be batmans butler, but not batman.He needs his cape.4 year old son distraught!

Very cute, really impressed my son
Very cute costume … my son chose a football kit with his build a bear and it was very basic but this little Batman suit was a perfect fit, the football kit is in a drawer now!
