Does not pick up hose keeps getting blocked

I've had mine for 2 years not blocked once make sure sponge filter is clean as can block suction on hoover

hose keeps getting blocked

I have a dog that is constantly shedding her coat. To prevent blockage I do have to empty the vacuum every time I use it. Bit of a pain but it prevents blockages.

Is this a good hoover for dog hairs

Hi this hoover should tackle dog hairs pretty well using the turbo swivel design.

Why is it so hard to push on carpet

The motorised floorbrush is strong & causes more friction on thicker pile carpets
