I use this to coat moistened chicken legs, then bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Directions are on the box. Each box contains 2 envelopes. You may use one or both envelopes depending on the size of the chicken leg. Not spicy hot. If you like tasty Thai and peanuts, you'll love this coating. This is a staple in my pantry.

It’s very good. You need coconut milk & broth to make it. The packets (2 per box) are strong & make a spicy soup . If you don’t like spicy, try a 1/2 packet 1st time.

I can no longer find this in stores near me, glad it’s still available on Amazon. I use it to make grilled curry chicken. It’s the best curry paste I have found.

This ATOT Tom Ka coconut ginger soup base is very hard to find, but it's the real deal! You can follow the recipe on the package and it's guaranteed to turn out delicious. If you want something different you can make it with a slight twist. Add part of a can of unsweetened pumpkin puree to the soup (to taste) and it becomes Thai Coconut Ginger Pumpkin Soup. This turns out very close to the kind served in various Thai restaurants.

Myself being a huge Thai food fan in general,I was very excited about receiving this and just adding some chicken and rice to the broth and calling it a meal.Whilst this is certainly doable,the flavour unlike the vast majority of other Thai food products (and I’m saying that as someone whom has visited Thailand 4 times and lived there for six months.)was disappointing.I cannot think of the words to accurately describe it other then just”not good.”I am someone whom doesn’t waste food and had to literally choke back the awful taste of this as I ate it.
