Our portable modern game box includes one tournament size (20" x 20") algebraic notation silicone chess board, one strategy guide handbook, and felt bottomed triple weighted Staunton design chess pieces with 2 bonus queens. You are partially correct, we designed our pieces to have felt bottoms, so they do not stick to the silicone board. However, they were not designed to slide across the silicone board. Q: Is square a1 supposed to be black?

Hello! All of our sets have the Black A1 square, except for the 1X Classic and Modern style Queen's Gambit edition, where we want to share a new twist on the game. The queen decides to break the rules and she stands on the opposite color! These boards are printed in the opposite colors so they have a White A1 square.

Q: Do the chess pieces come with a cloth bag for storage as shown in your video?
