We contacted multiple facilities and partnered a reputable manufacturer that produces high quality products. **Q: What "serum" is the best to use? Trying to reduce fine lines and age spots oh and pores!!** A: After derma rolling I use organic products only on my skin. To begin, put 70% alcohol the derma roller & let dry completely. Then, put alcohol on a cotton pad & gently wipe it over all areas you’ll be derma rolling. Then, wipe the alcohol on your hands as well to completely disinfect them. (Think of whenever you’ve received a shot, the nurse always begins by wiping the area with alcohol, this will not damage or dry out your skin; as I have very dry skin myself & it never has, yet it protects your skin from contamination, germs,& infections - (This is a very important step for home Derma rolling directly from my dermatologist). Now, begin the derma roll process use by rolling in one direction only,(4 times in an up to down motion & then 4 times from side to side, lifting the roller off your skin after each direction. Do not roll continuously up & down or back & forth; as this can damage the skin. Instead: derma roll in one direction & lift the roller off of your skin & then repeat. Clean your derma roller in a bowl in warm soapy water, agitating the roller in the soapy water, because this is the only way to properly clean your derma roller, let dry and soak in 70 % alcohol for 15 minutes on each portion on the actual roller. Immediately after derma rolling .3 mm for wrinkles, fine lines, sagging skin, aging skin etc. & I personally use Vitamin C serum & let dry. Then, I use peptides & let dry. Then, I use organic hyaluronic serum & let dry. Then, retinol & let dry. I leave this on my skin for a few hours, then I use spring water to lightly moisten my skin & use an organic moisturizer to complete this process. I am a retired Executive & a extensive research buff so I know what are the best products available today to put on the skin, it has taken me years of research & experimentation myself with the exclusive assistance of multi professionals & authorities on skin to gather this information. I am 60 year old, yet most people believe I’m my late 30’s. This is solely because I have always,(for my entire life), taken exceptional care of my skin & I am happy to share this with all who read this posting. **Q: Where are you selling the replacement heads? I don't see it. Also you have 0.5mm ones?** A: The REFILLS 0.25mm are currently out of stock, but should be in stock any day. REFILLS 0.5mm are exclusively sold on our website. **Q: The manufacturer advises changing the roller heads after three to five uses. How do you determine whether you get three, four, or five uses?** A: If you clean it well and use the correct pressure you get 5 out of it. Will buy replacement heads from this brand Thanks ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A FAD THAT ACTUALLY WORKS (See AARP Bulletin May, 2018) *by F***E on 14 May 2018* I was skeptical about the benefits of dermal needling even after reading a glowing review in the latest issue of the AARP magazine. However, I watched several you tube videos and read many, many reviews before deciding to purchase one. I selected the .25 as a starter length & I'm glad I did. I followed the suggestion of several users in that I cleaned my face, then used a cotton square with alcohol to go over it again. I'm glad I did, there was still a bit of makeup residue on the cloth. Then I applied hyaluronic acid/C/E, rose hips & green tea serum. I applied light pressure on the roller and went over my entire face, neck, chest area & then my forearms. Afterwards, I soaked the roller as instructed in alcohol ( a Tupperware midget is perfect!). Now, I am not saying I have experienced a miracle - BUT, my Retin A & nighttime & daytime moisturizers have actually soaked into my skin rather than staying on top of my skin. This particular kit seemed to be the best available, especially for the price. Well sealed & sanitary & of good quality.
