I do triathlons where I'm down on my clip-on aero bars for 30-60min. My old, regular saddle restricted blood flow, but this one completely solves that problem. I also use and like the saddle on rides where I'm on the hoods, the top, or occasionally in the drops. Seems to be high quality, no wear after a month or so of regular use.
