Very bad service, the machine stopped working after 3 times using ONLY, no one is answering our call or emails to see what to do with damaged good, not recommended at all

We have 3 steam mop in home my wife like this one more and this the past money spent

be aware that this product is not a vacuum cleaner so it won't have any kind of suction, but I am keeping it as it is good for mopping the floor

First received used products, after that received another one, it is working good, but trying to buy a liquid for this mop, don't know where i can get, still searching for mop liquid, not satisfied.

I received this project with a broken handle and to make it worse I need to really press down for it to actually work. used it once and was torture, took a lot to steam the floors. Bulky and not efficient at all!

It's cleaning smartly, but little bit heavy, it's only a mop not vaccum cleaner. First we need to vaccum then mop. Overall nice, good mop. If it's light weight, I'll give 5 stars ...

This product works well. It is easy to use and assemble. Comes with a small bottle of cleaner, 2 cleaning pads for the floor attachment as well. The cleaning pads are machine washable. I would definitely by it again.

It works really well but after the 2nd use it started leaking water and don't even know from where it leaks, buy it does the job
