Customer service responded in a timely manner when I asked a question before ordering. It arrived promptly and in the smallest package ever - I actually thought they sent us the wrong thing, but it was just packaged super efficiently, which was nice. $7 to wash and dry but it came out perfectly and fluffed up nicely. Still a few wrinkles at the base of the bed, but we're very pleased with it. I didn't expect it to have the lines where it's sewn through - it takes away a little from the visual appeal, but I'm glad because the filling won't move, which was a major nuisance about our old comforter. It's nice and lightweight so it won't be too heavy for me but is warm enough for my always-cold husband. Glad we got a this size since we don't have a bedframe and it covers the box nicely, plus, no more tugging back and forth at night.

It came in a vacuum bag.First Thing I like is that has no weird smell When I Opened the bag.And It also looks perfect without a duvet cover. I feel soft and warm enough when I have my AC on .It is should be ok in winter when room has heat on.

Item was tightly folded up in 2 different heat sealed plastic bags. Very wrinkled (still several days later) but have it covered anyway. Light weight, currently have it inside a flannel cover for winter, am hopeful it will be just right for guest room. Put in dryer (air fluff only) made no difference. At least the cat is happy...

I received this product to review and I've always wanted a white comforter so I was excited to try. I'm so happy with it and I always want to jump into bed! This comforter is soft, lightweight, but still keeps you warm. It feels like sleeping with a cloud. The only thing is that sometimes I keep seeing loose strings here and there but it's a minor thing. The comforter is very intact so no need to worry! Overall I'm very pleased with this.

Just got this comforter and I llllooovvvve it!!! It was wrapped up so tightly inside the plastic I was first thinking - yikes, this is small. But it was shrink wrapped! I took the wrap off and it fluffed right up to magnificent size! Comfy, thick and warm. And so inexpensive! I’ll enjoy it for a long time.

This light weight comforter is in good shape with comfy material, I have been using it forFew weeks now satisfied with no compliant, I like how it packaging in plastic and shrink very well.

This comforter is warm and fluffy. Came in vacuumed and sealed bag .I have never been purchased any comforter on website before.I always went to brick and mortar store .I think this is a good experience I will shop more on website from now on.
