Great Product
My total cholesterol had been creeping up, although I had excellent HDLs of 72. My doctor said my ratio was good, but I needed to try to bring total under the 200 mark. Had used Res-Q 3 years prior and it brought my numbers down, so tried it again. My latest test, approximately 3 months after starting the new product with the co-Q10 included were: total cholesterol 149, HDLs 68, LDLs 71, triglycerides 50. Can't do much better than that and statins are terrible on my body--cramps, nausea, joint pain, rashes. Have used regular RYR for close to 20 years, along with fish oil, and it's kept numbers adequately in control, but this new product has brought numbers to "statin" levels. Husband is switching and so is another family member.

I like the product. I do not know if it is helping as I have only been on it for about a week.It is to help with high triglyceride. Could not locate 600 mg as ordered by my Dr. had tosettle with 1,200 mg. I take this along with Res-Q 1250 fish oil.
