Water Leaks
The product leaks. From day 1. And then if you want it to be fixed it is classified as a small item so you have to take it to Sharjah for repairs. On contacting the supplier I am told that they shipped it 100% working and now I have to go to Super General Service Centre.I believe a previous buyer also had the same issue but they were kind enough for that buyer to replace the product which made them give high rating but seems this is a regular issue with the product.On contacting the seller, they also said I should buy a different product that has a higher quality. I guess it is expected that this one is a hit or miss.

I like it
I like it. Quite useful in the house to get instant hot or cost water.

Main problem
It make high sounds from the motor like it is broken and after turning off 10 minutes and start on again will start normal again.

Not noisy and cooling chamber at the bottom is very useful.

Complaint
The hot portion is not working... Supplier has to arrange for collection of the return item.
