No more wifi signal

I got the product which is not working condition. Example WiFi id and password given on the is not matching with signal which I got when connecting to the power. Hence I returned back

5Ghz Not Working. Coverage is not as expected.

Purchased to use at home, hoping it would have better coverage and speed. However, it did not perform as expected. My 5 years older router had better coverage. As if it was not enough, 4-5months after 5Ghz connection disapared. Hoping customer service will provide a solution or a replacement. As I could not find a solution on internet.

Software Bug

I purchased this router 8 months ago it has a software bug, if you use the usb port for SAMBA file sharing as a media server all of your files will be read only, you cannot add or delete anything. There was no software update for the past 8 months and thire customer service don't care about the issue.
