This ball has excellent hardness. I got it to roll my upper back on it. It does the job perfectly. I do back stretches on it and it helps a lot.witht relieving my tight shoulders and upper back. Helping my Kiphosis a lot. I even sleep better after using it. Price is great too. I was worried about the smell, but there is a plastic smell when you unwrap it, and it dissipated away very quickly. I recommend this product.

Excelente calidad, la pelota me encanta. Aunque al inicio se te puede hacer algo pesada si nunca has trabajado con una, con el uso te vas acostumbrando y el peso se te hará el adecuado. Me parece el peso ideal para entrenar. El agarre es muy bueno, el tamaño el ideal a pesar de que tengo manos pequeñas y el color me gusta mucho.
