A great product. Works fine and does the job. Have two indoor cats and they love it and get entertained when the cleaning process is active. The litter last around 4 to 5 days as it is mentioned in the instruction. If you know how to use it and use a good bentonite clumping litter it works great. No sand dust and no smell at all. Appearance is as good decor at home. Good value and highly recommended.

The price is totally worth the product. shipper was very friendly and quick and booked delivery time for me to receive my order. no hassle and easy to usecats seem to be really happy.The only downfall its the size of this litter box being so big, but overall really awesome and interesting in use!

Received this a few days ago and the cats are using it with no problem however sometime it just stops hall way through its cycle and will show STOP on the display. At first I thought it was because the cats were playing in it during the cleaning cycle but it on observing it seems that it just randomly stops for no apparent reason! Unfortunately I through away the box so unable to return it. This isn't a massive issue as I can always just restart it.

I wish I could get my money back for this. After about 10 days of using the Petree fully automated litter box I started to smell cat urine around it and then in the house itself. I was surprised because I remove the waste daily and clean up around it also, same with any other litter boxes. I changed the litter (I'm using the advised strongly clumping type), but I kept smelling the same. I took it apart and washed it in and out, the smell was the same... Then I started to sniff the litter box material itself, turns out that the plastic outer material and the rubber bottom where you pour the litter absorbs the urine smell! I tried to wash it again with Clorox, but it only lasted half a day, then the smell was back. As you see the price, it costs a fortune, I would hate to throw it out but I think I need to, as the urine smell is now all over my house, there are no words for my disappointment.

This thing has changed my life! Honestly I’m a little disappointed with myself for not getting something like this sooner because it’s amazing.Simple steps to turn it on and use it and it’s super cat friendly. One of my cats was really fat so I had to make sure he lost a little bit of weight after using this.The only thing that scares me is the fact that they don’t sell separate parts of this device and I’m worried that the silicone bottom might rip one day if my cats act stupid and scratch the area too much but so far I have cats that really love to dig up the cat litter and I haven’t seen any sort of cuts on the elasticity of the silicon. So I guess it’s really durable but obviously you want to get your moneys worth and have this device worked for a very long time so just be careful and make sure you cut your cats nails once in a while.It’s really easy cleaning it after a couple of months of using it.If you got scented cat litter, it honestly would be the best choice because then your house would smell great but be careful because you don’t wanna overwhelm your cats with the smell because they’re the ones who Pee in it.Other than that it’s a freaking great product! I just hope you accept the fact that this will also become a new toy for your cats so they will jump inside it and then out, just to make the cycle spin and sadly irritate you in the process🤣.

I thought about this automatic litter box for awhile, don’t know what took me so long, maybe the lack of reviews but I’ve had it for over a month and is worth every penny.To put things in perspective. I have 3 male adult cats and I live in a 80sqmt apartment. My priority was to have my apartment smell free from cat urine. Before, I had 2 regular litter boxes and use Odourlock for cat litter which for me is the best. I’d scoop the box every time my cats you’d use it - but I am not always around to do it within seconds, so there would be a slight smell (I live in Dubai and is the summer, I can’t open the windows for fresh air because I get a sauna instead) so I didn’t have many options for an odorless home.The cats understood how to use the automatic litter box very quickly, however it was their fun to go in and out to make the litter box spin, they would get inside the litter box half way when it was cleaning and stop the process, it was like a new toy.But now they are used to it.Now the box cleans itself and once a day I change the liners and that is it.Consider that if you have 3 cats, they will use the litter box at least 3 times per day each! my life revolved around my cats going to the toilet before I got the automatic litter box!I also got a smart air purifier to make sure my apartment is odorless and so far is! I am so happpy!I guess with time this automatic litter will become smarter and smaller, but as it stands now, it’s good for me!

Good: design ok, simple mechanism, it works fine.Bad: brand will not provide any support if you buy it from amazon. However the seller was ready to assist, but i fixed the problem myself.Do not expect to get rid of odours with this. The BS carbon filter has no effect on odour isolation. You need to regularly do a cleaning of the inside with soap.Overall i would advice this product despite its high price for what it is actually doing. I never scoup and i just have to empty the bag once every 4 days and do a proper cleaning of the inside every week and a half.For this price tag, the lack of support of the brand is unacceptable.

Works exactly as described and is such a relief to have. I love that I don't have to worry about scooping every day. I can leave it to do it's thing and just empty the bin every few days when it gets full. Emptying the bin is easy and I love that extra bags were included in the purchase. Definitely recommend this if you have cats.
