Aerial yoga is amazing, and I have one of these hung on a doorframe chin up bar. We use for back pain, stretching, inversions, and sensory input. Love it!

this is our first yoga swing. i was not sure if i wanted a swing or hammock or silks, so decided on this swing. so far so good. the kids and i have loved using it. I agree with others on the material can sometimes "hurt" bc the material is not stretchy. It is more of a regular hammock or parachute material. However, we are getting used to how to manuever the material so it does not hurt or dig in to our back primarily. We have been using it on a door frame chin up bar, as well as an outside bar that is wider. The wider the bar, the more versatility you have. Soon, we hope to attach the brackets inside so we can have more room to move. Again, no directions at all came with the product.i was freaked out a bit, bc we are on quarantine for covid-19 & on the box it says that it c omes from china. But the box came in less than two days, earlier than expected and then i took a disinfectant and wiped the whole thing down and then left it outside to air out for a while. . im a freak yes. super fun and worth the low price.

There is no book or instructions included. The color is true to the website. Has great strength due to the design. Highly recommend.

I love how I feel after using this. Especially in the morning even before coffee. It gets me going for the day and has definitely helped with some back discomfort.
