I have carcassonne but knew it would still be a little much for him to grasp all the rules so I picked this up. It's great, the objective is simple, be the first player to put all your tokens on the board. You draw road tiles like regular carcassonne but only try to complete roads. On each road there are pictures of the 'kids of carcassonne' that correspond to the colour of player tokens. When a road is completed, players put their tokens on the corresponding kids. That's it!A few tiles are hard to tell if a road is ending or continuing but other than that it's great and he loves it enough to ask us to play it with him. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for younger children! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 3 October 2025* We love Carcassone and have been looking for board games to play with our little boy who is now 4.5. This has been very well received. He understood quickly what to do and how to play.
